Redeem Your Points

Log in to your Trogon account, then open the Rewards Panel by clicking the Rewards Launcher button on any page. In the panel, navigate to the Ways to Redeem section, where you’ll see a list of available rewards, including fixed amount discounts and incremental rewards using the slider.

Once you have chosen your reward, click 'Redeem' to generate a unique code. You can then either click Apply Code to automatically apply your discount at checkout or copy the code manually. All redeemed rewards are stored in your account under the 'Your Rewards' section until used on a purchase or until they expire, providing you with full flexibility on when to use them.

Combine Rewards

You can combine up to two rewards per order: you can apply one reward directly from within the Rewards Panel using the Apply Code button, and apply a second reward by manually copying its code and pasting it into the discount field at checkout. This gives you extra flexibility to maximize your savings and stack discounts on a single purchase, as long as your cart meets any reward-specific terms or minimum order requirements.
