Cricket Bat Warranty
Cricket can be an expensive game to play, that's why here at Trogon, we are proud to offer a comprehensive product warranty on all our cricket bats, and soft leather goods, so whether you're purchasing a custom-made bat, a pre-made bat, or one of our top-quality leather pads, gloves, or kit bags, you can be confident that if anything goes wrong your are covered.
Let's start with our cricket bats.
Our bats are built to last, but even the toughest equipment can be vulnerable to damage from time to time. That's why we offer a warranty on all of our bats that covers horizontal breakage for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
If the blade of your bat should break horizontally across the grains within that time frame, we will replace it like-for-like, no questions asked.
However, it's important to note that not all damage is covered under our warranty.
For example, if the blade is broken due to a lack of knocking in, or if the edges are cracked or the toe is damaged due to facing a yorker, these are considered to be normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
To activate the cricket bat warranty, please click on this Google Forms Warranty and complete the details.

Is Grade 3 English willow good?
Is Grade 3 English willow good?
Yes, Grade 3 English willow is a solid option for serious cricketers looking for performance without a premium price tag. While it may have slightly more visual blemishes than higher grades, the ping and feel can still be outstanding, especially in a well-made bat like ours.
How many grains are in a Grade 3 cricket bat?
How many grains are in a Grade 3 cricket bat?
Grade 3 bats typically have 4 to 7 grains, although this can vary. The number of grains is less important than the performance, and our bats are selected for how they play, not just how they look.

The ideal weight depends on your playing style, but many players favour something around 2lb 9oz to 2lb 11oz. Our Grade 3 bat weighs 2lb 11oz but picks up like 2lb 9oz, giving you the best of both power and control.
How long do English willow bats last?

With proper care, a quality English willow bat can last several seasons. Our handmade bats are pressed and finished for durability, so you can rely on them throughout your matches and training sessions.
Do cricket bats get better with age?
Do cricket bats get better with age?
Yes, many players find that a bat gets better with use. As the fibres in the willow compress over time, the bat tends to develop a sweeter ping and more consistent response as long as the bat is properly looked after.
