Cricket Bat Warranty
Cricket can be an expensive game to play, that's why here at Trogon, we are proud to offer a comprehensive product warranty on all our cricket bats, and soft leather goods, so whether you're purchasing a custom-made bat, a pre-made bat, or one of our top-quality leather pads, gloves, or kit bags, you can be confident that if anything goes wrong your are covered.
Let's start with our cricket bats.
Our bats are built to last, but even the toughest equipment can be vulnerable to damage from time to time. That's why we offer a warranty on all of our bats that covers horizontal breakage for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
If the blade of your bat should break horizontally across the grains within that time frame, we will replace it like-for-like, no questions asked.
However, it's important to note that not all damage is covered under our warranty.
For example, if the blade is broken due to a lack of knocking in, or if the edges are cracked or the toe is damaged due to facing a yorker, these are considered to be normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
To activate the cricket bat warranty, please click on this Google Forms Warranty and complete the details.
A 13-year-old will typically use a Harrow size cricket bat, especially if they are between 5ft 4in and 5ft 7in tall. This size helps bridge the gap between junior and adult bats, offering a balanced feel and lightweight pick-up.
Harrow cricket bats usually weigh between 2lb 2oz and 2lb 6oz. A lighter bat like 2lb 2oz allows junior players to develop timing and technique without being restricted by weight.
If your shots feel sluggish or your backlift is slow and uncomfortable, your bat might be too heavy. Players should be able to swing freely and play confidently without strain.
A Harrow cricket bat is slightly shorter and lighter than a Short Handle, making it ideal for players aged 12–14 or around 5ft 6in tall. Short Handle bats are designed for adult players above 5ft 7in.
Grade 2 English Willow offers great value with a clean playing face and solid performance. It might have a few more natural blemishes than higher grades, but it still provides excellent ping and is popular among serious young players.
If you're shopping for a high-quality junior cricket bat, our Grade 2 Harrow English Willow Cricket Bat weighing just 2lb 2oz is an ideal choice for aspiring players ready to take their game to the next level.
