Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging - this is the same for cricket bats, any bats that have been used cannot be returned.
    • Custom-made items are only returnable if they have manufacturing defects.
  2. Process for Returns:

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details.
    • After approval, send the product back to our provided address.
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Exchanges are permissible within 30 days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value - this is the same for cricket bats, any bats that have been used cannot be returned.
    • Products eligible for exchange must be in their original condition.
  2. Process for Exchanges:

    • Contact our customer service for an exchange authorization.
    • Once authorized, send the item to our address.
    • After we receive and approve the exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched.

Warranty Claims:

  • Cricket Bats:

    • Covered for horizontal breakage up to 6 months from the date of purchase - but warranty must be activated by completing the details on this Google Forms link - https://forms.gle/KiTMTQnEgFPJBCsC7 
    • Damage due to lack of knocking in, edge cracks, or toe damage from yorkers are not covered.
  • Soft Leather Goods:

    • 6-month warranty covering breakage and tearing in the leather.
    • For warranty claims, return the product for inspection. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under our return, exchange, or warranty policies.
