Cricket Bat Warranty
Cricket can be an expensive game to play, that's why here at Trogon, we are proud to offer a comprehensive product warranty on all our cricket bats, and soft leather goods, so whether you're purchasing a custom-made bat, a pre-made bat, or one of our top-quality leather pads, gloves, or kit bags, you can be confident that if anything goes wrong your are covered.
Let's start with our cricket bats.
Our bats are built to last, but even the toughest equipment can be vulnerable to damage from time to time. That's why we offer a warranty on all of our bats that covers horizontal breakage for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
If the blade of your bat should break horizontally across the grains within that time frame, we will replace it like-for-like, no questions asked.
However, it's important to note that not all damage is covered under our warranty.
For example, if the blade is broken due to a lack of knocking in, or if the edges are cracked or the toe is damaged due to facing a yorker, these are considered to be normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
To activate the cricket bat warranty, please click on this Google Forms Warranty and complete the details.

Is Grade 2 English willow good?
Is Grade 2 English willow good?
Yes, Grade 2 English willow is a great option for club and aspiring cricketers. It offers excellent performance, solid durability, and a good balance between value and quality, making it a popular choice for those who want premium features at a more affordable price.
What is the difference between Grade 1 and Grade 2 English willow?
What is the difference between Grade 1 and Grade 2 English willow?
Grade 1 willow typically has straighter, more even grains and minimal blemishes, making it top-tier for elite performance. Grade 2 still offers impressive ping and power but may show more visible grain irregularities or minor knots, without compromising on playability for most players.
Why is English willow so expensive?
Why is English willow so expensive?
English willow is grown in specific conditions in England and takes years to mature. The hand-selection, drying, and pressing processes all contribute to its cost. Its performance, responsiveness, and feel are what make it the material of choice for serious cricketers.
Does the weight of a bat affect performance?
Does the weight of a bat affect performance?
Absolutely. While this bat weighs 2lb 12oz, its light pick-up closer to 2lb 9oz means faster bat speed and easier handling, particularly for front-foot play and quick singles. It offers the best of both worlds: power through the ball and nimble control.
What is a short handle cricket bat?
What is a short handle cricket bat?
A short handle cricket bat is the standard adult size for players around 5’8” to 6’1” tall. It features a slightly shorter handle than long handle bats, offering better control and balance, perfect for most club cricketers and those who favour traditional setups.
