That's why we offer a 6-month warranty on all of our soft leather goods, covering breakage and tearing in the leather, so if you experience any issues with your leather products, simply return them to us (using our address) so we can conduct a careful inspection to determine the fault. If we find that the problem is covered under the warranty, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
