Is your bat feeling too heavy? Our weight reduction service is the perfect solution! We’ll expertly remove up to 3oz from the back of your bat, carefully rebalance it, and finish with sanding and polishing for a sleek, smooth feel. Stickers on the back will be removed during the process, and we can replace them with your own or apply fresh Trogon stickers to complete the transformation. Lighten your bat and enhance your game If you're unable to visit us in person, we accept cricket bats sent to us by post for this service. 1.1 Purchases:
- Customers will earn 5 Trogon points for every £1 spent on our site.

1.3 Account Registration:
- Customers will earn 200 Trogon points for signing up on our site.
1.4 Birthday Bonus:
- Once registered as a member on our site, customers will receive 200 Trogon points on their birthday. The birthday must be added to the profile for the points to be automatically credited.
2. General Terms
2.1 Eligibility:
- Customers must have an active account on our site to earn and redeem Trogon points.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.2 Redemption:
- Trogon points can be redeemed on our site for eligible products and services as per the current redemption catalog.
- The redemption value of Trogon points may vary and is subject to change at our discretion.
2.3 Expiry:
- Trogon points earned do not expire as long as the account remains active. An account is considered inactive if there is no login activity for 12 consecutive months.
2.4 Fraud and Abuse:
- Any fraud or abuse concerning the earning or redemption of Trogon points may result in the forfeiture of all accrued points and possible termination of the account.
2.5 Changes to the Program:
- We reserve the right to make changes to the Trogon Points program, including earning and redemption structures, without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via our site or email.
2.6 Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes regarding Trogon points must be reported to our customer service within 30 days of the transaction. All decisions made by our team regarding disputes are final.
