Cricket can be an expensive game to play, that's why here at Trogon, we are proud to offer a comprehensive product warranty on all our cricket bats, and soft leather goods, so whether you're purchasing a custom-made bat, a pre-made bat, or one of our top-quality leather pads, gloves, or kit bags, you can be confident that if anything goes wrong your are covered.
Let's start with our cricket bats.
Our bats are built to last, but even the toughest equipment can be vulnerable to damage from time to time. That's why we offer a warranty on all of our bats that covers horizontal breakage for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
If the blade of your bat should break horizontally across the grains within that time frame, we will replace it like-for-like, no questions asked.
However, it's important to note that not all damage is covered under our warranty.
For example, if the blade is broken due to a lack of knocking in, or if the edges are cracked or the toe is damaged due to facing a yorker, these are considered to be normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
