Cricket Bat Warranty
Cricket can be an expensive game to play, that's why here at Trogon, we are proud to offer a comprehensive product warranty on all our cricket bats, and soft leather goods, so whether you're purchasing a custom-made bat, a pre-made bat, or one of our top-quality leather pads, gloves, or kit bags, you can be confident that if anything goes wrong your are covered.
Let's start with our cricket bats.
Our bats are built to last, but even the toughest equipment can be vulnerable to damage from time to time. That's why we offer a warranty on all of our bats that covers horizontal breakage for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
If the blade of your bat should break horizontally across the grains within that time frame, we will replace it like-for-like, no questions asked.
However, it's important to note that not all damage is covered under our warranty.
For example, if the blade is broken due to a lack of knocking in, or if the edges are cracked or the toe is damaged due to facing a yorker, these are considered to be normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
To activate the cricket bat warranty, please click on this Google Forms Warranty and complete the details.

Is Grade 2 English willow good?
Is Grade 2 English willow good?
Yes, Grade 2 English willow is considered a very good option for club-level and competitive players. It often has a clean grain structure with minor blemishes that don’t affect performance. It provides a great balance of affordability and playability, making it a popular choice for serious cricketers.
What is the difference between Grade 1 and Grade 2 English willow?
What is the difference between Grade 1 and Grade 2 English willow?
Grade 1 willow is the top tier, typically featuring straight, even grains and minimal markings. Grade 2 willow may have slightly more grain variation or cosmetic imperfections but still offers excellent performance. Both are made from the same English willow trees, with Grade 2 providing better value for money for most players.
Why is English willow so expensive?
Why is English willow so expensive?
English willow is grown in limited regions and requires careful harvesting, seasoning, and handcrafting. Each cleft is unique and takes time to shape, dry, and press correctly. The high demand and skilled labour involved in making quality bats contribute to the higher cost compared to other materials like Kashmir willow.
