Cricket Bat Warranty
Cricket can be an expensive game to play, that's why here at Trogon, we are proud to offer a comprehensive product warranty on all our cricket bats, and soft leather goods, so whether you're purchasing a custom-made bat, a pre-made bat, or one of our top-quality leather pads, gloves, or kit bags, you can be confident that if anything goes wrong your are covered.
Let's start with our cricket bats.
Our bats are built to last, but even the toughest equipment can be vulnerable to damage from time to time. That's why we offer a warranty on all of our bats that covers horizontal breakage for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
If the blade of your bat should break horizontally across the grains within that time frame, we will replace it like-for-like, no questions asked.
However, it's important to note that not all damage is covered under our warranty.
For example, if the blade is broken due to a lack of knocking in, or if the edges are cracked or the toe is damaged due to facing a yorker, these are considered to be normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
To activate the cricket bat warranty, please click on this Google Forms Warranty and complete the details.
Yes, Grade 1 English willow is considered the highest quality available. It’s used in premium bats thanks to its clean grains, lightweight feel, and excellent performance characteristics, making it ideal for serious cricketers.
Grade 1 willow typically features straight, even grains (usually 6–12), minimal blemishes, and a smooth finish
While lower-grade bats can still perform well, Grade 1 willow offers superior balance, feel, and consistency across the blade, especially in the sweet spot, making it a popular choice for those seeking top-level performance.
English willow is softer and more responsive than alternatives like Kashmir willow, and it’s grown under specific conditions in England. Its limited supply, performance benefits, and demand among professionals drive the higher price.
Yes, Harrow bats are often the perfect fit for many female players, especially those under 5'7”. Lighter in weight with excellent control, they suit developing and competitive players looking for both power and manoeuvrability.

This bat is made to score. With a huge sweet spot, thick shoulders, and large edges, the ball absolutely flies off the blade. The Grade 1 English willow is hand-selected for its performance quality, offering clean grains, impressive responsiveness, and superior rebound.
The mid-to-low middle suits dynamic stroke play, especially on slower pitches, and is ideal for driving through the V or cutting square with control. Its design offers reliability in every format, helping you time shots beautifully and dominate bowlers with ease.
