We’ll carefully remove old stickers, expertly repair any splits or cracks, and sand your bat to restore its smooth finish.

To ensure peak performance, we’ll add F/G tape and anti-scuff if required, fit a protective toe guard, and finish with fresh stickers—choose from our Trogon designs, your own, or custom-ordered stickers for an additional £15.

Please note: If the shoulders of your bat need repair due to splits or handle movement, a £15 fee will apply.

Our cricket bat service is just what your bat needs after a tough season.

We remove old stickers, expertly glue any splits or cracks, and sand the bat to make it smooth again.

We'll add F/G tape and anti-scuff if needed, put on a protective toe guard, and finish with fresh stickers, either yours or ours. (We can order different stickers for a £15.00 additional price) 

Please note: Should the shoulders of the bat require gluing due to splits or handle movement, then this will incur an additional charge of £15.00

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except for bespoke cricket bats which can take up to 14 days for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages

Trogon Cricket Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

1. Earning Trogon Points

1.1 Purchases:

  • Customers will earn 5 Trogon points for every £1 spent on our site.

1.2 Social Media Engagement:

  • Customers will earn 50 Trogon points for following our official Instagram account.
  • Customers will earn 50 Trogon points for following our official TikTok account.
  • Customers will earn 50 Trogon points for liking our official Facebook page.

1.3 Account Registration:

  • Customers will earn 200 Trogon points for signing up on our site.

1.4 Birthday Bonus:

  • Once registered as a member on our site, customers will receive 200 Trogon points on their birthday. The birthday must be added to the profile for the points to be automatically credited.

2. General Terms

2.1 Eligibility:

  • Customers must have an active account on our site to earn and redeem Trogon points.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.2 Redemption:

  • Trogon points can be redeemed on our site for eligible products and services as per the current redemption catalog.
  • The redemption value of Trogon points may vary and is subject to change at our discretion.

2.3 Expiry:

  • Trogon points earned do not expire as long as the account remains active. An account is considered inactive if there is no login activity for 12 consecutive months.

2.4 Fraud and Abuse:

  • Any fraud or abuse concerning the earning or redemption of Trogon points may result in the forfeiture of all accrued points and possible termination of the account.

2.5 Changes to the Program:

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Trogon Points program, including earning and redemption structures, without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via our site or email.

2.6 Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes regarding Trogon points must be reported to our customer service within 30 days of the transaction. All decisions made by our team regarding disputes are final.
